Refund Policy

At ProGymnasium we deliver a quality product and aim to do the same with our service. With this motto in mind we understand there may come a time when you wish to return a purchase from us and we seek to make this an easy, stress free process. 

Down below we outline the terms in which a product from ProGymnasium can be returned, exchanged or repaired.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase from ProGymnasium, we will be more than delighted to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of when you get it
  • A proof of purchase is supplied 
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Gift cards and extended warranty are nonrefundable. 

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. This also does not cover wrong sized ordered or if you just do not like the "fit/feel" of the product. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Normally we do not charge you for our shipping fees, but if you want to return the product, $ 9.99 will be charged. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

It must also be noted that the amount refundable for a sale item is the price paid by the consumer at the time of the sale and not the original full price of the product.

In regards to the returning a product just return it and we’ll sort out the rest.  We aim to complete all transaction within 5 business days of receipt of the return. If the following companies have been used Afterpay, Zip Pay, Zip Money or Paypal, the time frame may differ depending on the organisation. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The Process Of Returning your ProGymnasium Purchase

  • Email us at sales@progymnasium.com and we’ll provide you with additional instructions to return the product to us.
  • Refunds can only be returned in the same tender as the original purchase. 
  • Once an your item has returned to us and receipted by our consumer fulfilment team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. You will then receive another email notifying you of your approved refund and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or the original method of payment.
